Some Fun Links

Ronda posted a comment on our News for yesterday and gave us some awesome links that we want to share with all of you

This one is a link from an article written in 1885– it’s about Cozumel, but it’s very interesting to read. We especially like how they described how the locals lived and the history of the Mayas who used the island.

This one is a set of photos on flickr taken in July of 1970 during a family vacation to Isla. The photographer is a professional one so not only are the pictures beautifully taken, it’s so interesting to see Isla so long ago.

This one is a link to pictures of public works on Isla. They show different constructions. Some of the pictures are not the best quality but it’s still interesting to see!

ALSO– we’ll be adding news articles from Diaro Yucatan to the news reports from now on.

Thank you Ronda for bring these links and Diaro Yucatan to our attention!
